How long does it take to get started?
Most customers can begin using TruckAtlas the same day they sign up. Since TruckAtlas is cloud-based, there is no software to install. You can start adding customers, carriers, drivers, and loads immediately.
What happens after I sign up?
After signing up, you'll have immediate access to your TruckAtlas account. From there, you can set up your company profile, add team members, build your customer and carrier directories, and begin managing loads. Our team is available to assist with onboarding and answer any questions along the way.
Do I need training to use TruckAtlas?
TruckAtlas is designed to be easy to learn and use. Most users can begin navigating the platform right away. We also provide onboarding assistance, support resources, and live demonstrations to help your team get the most out of the platform.
